We Fought So You Could

A billboard designed for Build the Wave for the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial race. It displays the long battle to win the right to vote and encourage people to honor that struggle and vote.

The photo chosen is that of an unidentified young African American man walking in the Selma march in 1965.

This image is an homage to those who have fought tirelessly, often putting their lives on the line for progress and how it is now our responsibility to use that earned power of our votes to continue the legacy of change.
