To register to vote by mail you must print the voter registration form, fill it and mail it!

Completed forms must be mailed to your county clerk.
After your application is processed and accepted you will receive a voter registration card to the address provided.

In Florida you can vote by:

When requesting you need to provide the following information:

The name of the voter for whom the ballot is being requested;

The voter’s address;

The voter’s date of birth; and

The voter’s signature (if the request is written).

an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine;

an eligible spouse or family member of an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine; or

a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S.
HOW DO I REGISTER & VOTE?
The military voter form acts acts as both a registration and a vote by mail request.
You can also use the FVAP's online assistant to electronically fill out the form to then print and mail.
*note: you need a printer to use this service.

After completing and signing you may submit your FPCA to your county clerk by:

If you missed the deadlines but are otherwise eligible to vote absentee you may use the federal write-in absentee form!
