To register to vote by mail you must print the voter registration form, fill it and mail it!

Completed forms must be mailed to your county clerk.

After your application is processed and accepted you will receive a voter registration card to the address provided.

In Florida you can vote by:

To vote you must show identification.

Acceptable forms of I.D.driver's license or identification card of any state; passport employee identification card; identification card provided by a commercial establishment; credit or debit card; military identification card; student identification card; health club identification card insurance plan identification card; public housing identification card. ​ Or if you have none of the above you may also show two of: utility bill; bank statement; government check; government paycheck; document issued by a governmental agency; sample ballot or other official elections document issued by a governmental, agency dated for the election in which the individual is providing it as proof, of residency or identity; voter notification card issued by a governmental agency public housing identification card issued by a governmental agency; lease or rental statement or agreement issued by a governmental agency student identification card issued by a governmental agency; tuition statement or bill issued by a governmental agency; insurance plan card or drug discount card issued by a governmental agency;

To receive a vote by mail ballot you must contact your county clerk via email, fax, at their office, or through their website:

The military voter form acts acts as both a registration and a vote by mail request.

You can also use the FVAP's online assistant to electronically fill out the form to then print and mail.

After completing and signing you may submit your FPCA to your county clerk by:

If you missed the deadlines but are otherwise eligible to vote absentee you may use the federal write-in absentee form!
