HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FORM?
You may submit the completed application to your county clerk via:

DEADLINES:
BALLOT REQUEST: Oct. 28 if receiving ballot by mail or fax.
Oct. 31 if downloading ballot electronically.
BALLOT RETURN: Postmarked by Nov. 6 and delivered to your county clerk no later than Nov. 16.
*note: if you missed the deadline but still want to apply for a vote by mail ballot you can apply in person at your county clerk!

You may vote early at your early voting location through Oct. 23 - Oct. 30!

The military voter form acts acts as both a registration and a vote by mail request.
