Completed forms can be submitted to your county clerk by:

After your application is processed and accepted you will receive a voter registration card to the address provided.

Each registered voter will receive a ballot in the mail. Your ballot is mailed to you at least 18 days before each election. Your ballot packet will include a ballot, a secrecy envelope, and a return envelope.

  • an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine;
  • an eligible spouse or family member of an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine; or
  • a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S.
HOW DO I REGISTER & VOTE?
 
The military voter form acts acts as both a registration and a vote by mail request.
You can also use the FVAP's online assistant to electronically fill out the form to then print and mail.
      *note: you need a printer to use this service.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FORM?
After completing and signing you may submit your FPCA to your county clerk's office by:​
